This was a great purchase to check up on a house we aren’t at all the time. The device sets up super easy and within minutes you can see it from your phone. I set it on a wall shelf and it pan’s the entire first floor well. It alerts me to movement so if there was a break in we would know. Really perfect for lots of uses and if you want it off just unplug it.

Bought this for my Mom. This thing is great.

My Mom is 87 yrs young and lives alone. Bought this so she can see who's at the door, watch for deliveries etc. Love the convenience and peace of mind.

easy install and set up

once you open the box, the installation was quick and easy. . simply scan the bar code and the video shows you exactly what to do. I was able to link the device up to my other RING cameras to work in unison

I mounted this looking down on my driveway in my condo complex. It works well does what it is supposed to. Even if you get the plug/in version, you have the option to use a battery still. But with a battery, you don't have the option for it to capture images every 30 secs, it's more like 14 minutes I believe.

Best of the best

I replaced a Vimtag camera with this Ring camera with the Ring mobile base.

Vast improvement over my older cameras. This Ring camera with the tilt/pan base has a wider field of view, quick motion in all directions, great night vision view (see photo).

Ring has come a LONG way since they were acquired by Amazon, and it’s been huge improvements.

Eventually going to dump all my other brand cameras and replace them with Ring. Hope that helps!
